Convivial atmosphere during this lunchtime visit. Good food at reasonable prices. A real fireplace in use for its proper purpose.
Lovely pot of peppermint tea at a very reasonable price of 1.95, very good value. Lovely views over the river. Very good for a visit after a walk along the Avon. Enjoy, Christiaan :-) :-)

Ate outside on a warm Friday evening overlooking the river. The staff were friendly without being intrusive, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We had a starter and main course for two for 30. Food was simple but well cooked and very enjoyable. The Frogburger was lovely with the giant onion rings, and the chips were excellent. First time we'd been and will definitely be going again !!
