I paid over 100 for yarn which has not yet been delivered after abot 2 weeks. I contacted them because they promptly debited the money from my account but never heard back, not even an order number just an acknowledgement email promising to deliver shortly. Please do not use these people they take your money and walk! Disgraceful! I might have to take them to small claims court!
Only ordered my items at lunch time yesterday and wool arrived this morning . Great quality and well packaged. Thank you very much will use again soon :-)
I save about 50 percent on better quality yarns (I like the wool blends the best since I also live in a wet, cold climate) than stateside even with the exchange rate and shipping costs. The service is great and the website is easy to use. I order through PayPal
I live in Denver, Colorado and I can have them ship my yarn from the UK for less than I would have to spend stateside. Takes time for shipping but the service has been wonderful and I have made repeat purchases. Lovely.
Very very poor, site states normally 8 hours for dispatch or you will be messaged the reason. I ordered early am of 1st, got a message early evening on 2nd stating dispatch was estimated for 8th!!!!! No reason given pus i paid extra gor 1st class postage. I messaged later on 2nd and got a response over 24 hours later stating i was messaged about the delay on 2nd, there was no reason given. I will NOT order again BERY DISSAPOINTED
