Friendly staff
Brilliant range of products great value for money as a lot are concentrates amazing wash n wax shampoo, interior dash cleaner, the iron off n tar off brilliant too, no fancy packaging, don't need 'designer products at designer prices with all the hype that goes with them just want good value products that work and these are the ones, good enough that I know a valeter who's tested loves and uses them all the time so much so hes happy to put a small power maxed sticker in his customers window afterwards
Asked them about there 'guaranteed money back guarantee' no questions asked they claim. But as a product i bought wasn't powerful enough for what i needed i thought id contact them for advice but the response was 'name a product that works for you' ? Which completley misses the point its like they wanted to know whos doing a better job than them so i asked about diffrences in contents in different products instead and the caustic levels etc they couldn't tell me anything other than 'different products are for different applications' Which wasn't even what i asked i was trying to work with them to find the right product for me or a stronger one and they we're just being evasive so i gave up on them as it seems to me they are just re branding others peoples products with there own containers and basic generic labels and hoping for the best . I didnt really want to leave a review but they are being useless i sent 5 emails over 2 weeks before i could even get a response and the replys we're not of a professional i would of rather had a replacement exchange or better product recommendation than my money back i didn't even want my money back but as there useless i thought id leave my experience for other potential buyers its a shame really
